Ignition system is a key component of car engine, the engine can give full play to determine their effectiveness and to meet emission requirements. For cost reasons, most automobile manufacturers design the ignition system has such weak points:
1 ignition energy is low, usually be 50-60mJ, spark voltage 15000V - 30000V, engine p ower and acceleration are not sufficiently performed.
(2) it’s single spark ignition, and ignition time is very short, so cannot fully burn the fuel, and cause high fuel consumption and emission pollution.
3. When high speed the ignition energy declined sharply, and power lost a lot.
For the existing defects of normal ignition system, BKC and its US partner developed BKC multi-spark performance ignition system.
